Many tasty and healthy dishes are prepared from cottage cheese and strawberries, because these ingredients work together wonderfully. Oven cottage cheese casserole with strawberries is a real vitamin culinary masterpiece. Simple cooking from available ingredients makes the dessert doubly in demand, and in finished form it will not yield to restaurant masterpieces to its taste. Both children and adults love him very much. Moreover, not everyone likes cottage cheese in an independent form. With its successful combination of components, the dessert conquered, if not the whole world, then a large audience. And if a moderate amount of sugar is included in the recipe, then the dish can be classified as a dietary food.
You can cook this delicacy in different ways. The easiest option is to mix all the products, put the dough in the oven, and decorate with fresh strawberries on top. A more laborious way is to grind the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, and beat the whites into an airy foam. The second option takes some time, but the taste of the product is excellent. Today I am aiming for a more presentable version of the strawberry casserole for the second option.
For casseroles, you need to choose quality products. The main ingredient, cottage cheese, should not taste bitter. Its color is white, slightly beige and uniform. The texture is uniform, dry and loose. Otherwise, a product of dubious quality and a tasty product will not work out of it.

Step by step preparation of curd casserole with strawberries:
1. Place the curd in a mixing bowl and add semolina.
2. Stir it so that the semolina is distributed throughout the volume. Then add sugar and beat in the egg yolk. Pour the protein into a clean, dry container.
3. Stir the food and leave for 15 minutes to swell the semolina. Otherwise, in the finished product, it will grind on your teeth. After this time, put soda, salt in the dough and mix again.
4. Beat the protein with a mixer until it expands and transforms into a fluffy white stable mass. Transfer it to the dough and stir in gently with slow movements. Work the silicone spatula in one direction to maintain the airiness of the mass.
