Is your favorite berry strawberry? Then you will surely like the light curd casserole with strawberries in the oven. Of all the sweets, I prefer cottage cheese casseroles, I often cook them, since this dessert has many obvious positive sides: delicate taste, light texture, the ability to vary the ingredients and diversify the fillings. In addition, cottage cheese is an indisputably healthy product, and dishes made from it have a fairly low calorie content. In order to prepare a delicious casserole, you will need only half a kilogram of cottage cheese, a couple of eggs and a few tablespoons of semolina. You can use either store-bought cottage cheese of any fat content or homemade, however, keep in mind the fact that the fatter the cottage cheese, the more liquid the mass for the dessert will turn out and you may have to slightly increase the amount of semolina in the recipe. Choose berries that are large, ripe and very sweet. In the preparation of this dessert, special wisdom is not required, however, if you do not cook curd casserole often, follow the photo recipe.
