- Cherry sugar … For canning, we need: 10 kg of cherry tomatoes, 2 cups of sugar, 5 peppers, 6 cloves of garlic, 20 umbrellas and dill stalks, 2 bay leaves and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Rinse the tomatoes, prick them with a toothpick at the stalk and place them in pre-washed and dried 3-liter jars. Pour boiling water over, allow to cool and drain. Boil the water again, pour the tomatoes again and drain. Rinse herbs, garlic and put in jars, add spices. Now you need to prepare the marinade. Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, add 5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt, bring to a boil. Then pour in 3 tablespoons of vinegar, pour in the tomatoes, roll up the cans with tin lids, wrap them until they cool (you can leave them wrapped for a day).
- Canned cherry tomatoes with honey … These are delicious tomatoes that can be eaten after 2 days. Step 1: wash the tomatoes 1 kg, pierce them near the stalks with a needle or a toothpick and put them in a jar, put 5 peas each - allspice and black, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 laurel leaves and a piece of hot pepper. Step 2: bring 2 liters of water to a boil, pour in 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar (you can take a different amount, to taste), pour in the tomatoes, and let them stand for 1 hour. Step 3: drain the brine, bring to a boil, add 2 tablespoons of honey and dissolve thoroughly, pour 50 ml of apple cider vinegar into the brine and put a sprig of basil (for amateurs) and fill in the tomatoes again, roll up the cans with tin lids, or you can take nylon ones for preservation … Step 4: wrap up, and when the jars are cool, we put them in a cold place.
- Cherry in half-liter jars "From the hostess" … The recipe is designed for 1 such container. Ingredients: 5 dill umbrellas (take young stems); garlic - 2 cloves; 1 bay leaf; small horseradish and carrot root; 3 peas of black and allspice and 1 currant leaf. You need to take as many tomatoes as you need to fill the jar around the rim. First, we sterilize the container. Then we spread the spices, then the cherry. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Drain the water into a saucepan and add 2 teaspoons of sugar (with a slide) and 1 teaspoon of salt (without a slide) per liter of water. Step 3: rinse the greens, i.e. bunches of celery and dill, put on the bottom of the salting dish, put 2 bay leaves in the same place. Step 4: put the tomatoes, you can add a few branches of greenery on top, now pour the brine into the container. Step 5: cover the container with a plate and place a small load. We keep the tomatoes for 7 days at room temperature, and then put them in the refrigerator. You can salt cherry tomatoes not only in pans, but cans of different sizes and buckets are also suitable.

- Gourmet salad with cherry tomatoes … For him, take 1 bunch of arugula, 12 mini tomatoes, 300 g of fresh mushrooms, 150 g of hard cheese, 1 sweet pepper, 150 g each of olive oil and lemon juice, ground salt and black pepper to taste.
