Stuffed pasta is a delicious, budget-friendly dish that's quick and easy to prepare. But in order to cook it, you first need to buy special pasta for stuffing. It can be cannelloni, conciglioni, lumaconi. It is equally important to choose the filling, and it can be varied. The most common pasta with minced meat, so today I will cook a dish with it. However, there are recipes with chicken, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, and even sweet desserts with fruits and berries.
The process of making stuffed pasta is a bit like making lasagna, because they are poured with white creamy sauce. The thickness of the sauce can be adjusted to your liking. It can be thin, thin, or thick. For this, more or less milk is added, or the density is regulated by the amount of flour.
For the sake of fairness, I note that you can stuff pasta not only special, Italian, but any products. The main thing is that they are large enough to fit the filling inside. I also recommend that you read the instructions on the package. Since some varieties must be boiled before filling the filling, but there are those that do not require this.

Ingredients:
- Large cannelloni tube pasta - 4 pcs.

- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 300 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step cooking of stuffed pasta with meat and sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, cut off the film and excess veins. Place in the bowl of a food processor and chop until smooth or twist through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack.
2. Place the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil, heat and place the meat.
3. Fry it over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the sauce and stir.
4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
5. Pour milk into another clean, dry skillet and place on the stove.
6. Bring milk to a boil, add salt and flour.
7. Stir the milk vigorously so that the flour is completely dissolved and there are no lumps. The milk will become slightly thicker. If you want the sauce to be thicker, then add another 1-2 tablespoons. flour. Then season with any spices and herbs, for example, ground nutmeg.
8. Stuff the pasta tubes with minced meat. I'm stuffing raw pasta. If your recipe requires pre-cooking, then boil them first, and then start.
9. Place the stuffed pasta in a baking dish at equal distances from each other. Do not put them close to each other, because they will increase in volume during cooking.
10. Fill the empty space between the pasta with the remaining minced meat.
11. Pour the white sauce over the pasta until it is completely covered.
12. Sprinkle with cheese shavings on top and close the dish with a lid or cling foil. Send the dish into an oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour. Serve the food immediately after cooking.
