Stewed pork ribs in a slow cooker: a recipe with a photo
1. Let's start by washing the meat, drying it with a paper towel and cutting it into pieces so that there is approximately equal amount of meat on both sides of the bone. We put the ribs in the multicooker bowl.
2. Peel, wash and chop the onions. I cut it into half rings. Add salt, pepper and aromatic herbs (thyme, dried basil or oregano work well with meat). Pour soy sauce on top.
3. Fill with water. We set the "Extinguishing" mode; if your slow cooker requires you to choose the type of product to be cooked, we press the word - "meat". Now we leave the washed greens on the table and for 60–90 minutes forget that we need to be in the kitchen.
4. Serve stewed ribs with herbs, and they can be garnished with grilled vegetables and any vegetable salad. You can, of course, go along the more traditional path and serve boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes, pasta or any porridge with meat, for example, everyone's favorite buckwheat or rice. But do not forget, however, that pork belly cannot be called a dietary dish in any way, so it is better to choose a light side dish for it.
5. We serve to the table, call the family and treat the guests, being sure that the ribs stewed in a slow cooker with soy sauce were a success. Bon Appetit!
