Potato pancakes - one of the options for pancakes, or as they are also called pancakes. They turn out to be incredibly tender, with a pleasant aroma, golden color and incredibly tasty. By adding grated hard cheese, we change the usual taste and get a wonderful lunch or dinner. The taste of the dish can vary depending on what additives the cheese is used with. If you want to add a special taste and aroma to potatoes, you can add chopped herbs: cilantro, parsley, pancakes.
Such potato pancakes with cheese will become a lifesaver when you need to quickly cook something in a hurry, but you don't want to bother with cooking for a long time. - Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Step by step cooking potato pancakes with cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the potatoes and wash them under running water.
2. Chop the tubers in any convenient way on a fine grater. Use a food processor to speed up the work process. If such an electrical appliance is not available, grate the potatoes by hand on a fine grater.
3. Transfer the potato mass to a fine sieve or hang in gauze, and leave for a while to drain off all excess juice. Press down on the mixture with a spoon to get rid of moisture faster.
4. Transfer the potato mixture to a deep mixing bowl, add raw eggs and grated cheese. Season food with salt and black pepper. You can also add any spices and spices to taste.
5. Stir the dough well to distribute the food evenly throughout the mass.
6. Pour just a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Since the pancakes are cooked exclusively in a hot, lightly greased frying pan. Take the potato mixture with a tablespoon and place it in the pan, making it round or oval. Press down with a spatula to flatten the pancakes.
