Fried pork with sweet bell pepper in soy sauce with mustard and herbs is very easy to prepare, and the dish turns out to be royal. The hot dish is pleasant to the taste and light on the stomach due to the bell pepper, and the greenery gives a delicious aroma. The finished hot dish will smell for the whole house, which will be impossible to resist.
For tender grilled meat, choose pork: neck, shoulder or back. Pork is much softer than beef, and cooking is not at all difficult. Bell peppers go well with meat. If fresh peppers are not available, substitute pickled or frozen peppers. You can experiment with the recipe and add other vegetables, such as tomatoes or eggplant. Mushrooms, carrots, garlic, corn grains, etc. will be a tasty addition. The finished dish can become a good independent dish, and not just an addition to the side dish. It is especially perfect for a light evening meal.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sweet bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Cilantro - a few twigs
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Basil - a few twigs
- Salt - 1 tsp no slide or to taste
Step by step cooking of fried meat with bell peppers, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the pork under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut off any excess (film, veins and fat) and cut into elongated pieces.
2. In a skillet, heat the oil well and place the meat in one layer. Fry it in stages until golden brown, which seals the pieces and retains all the juice in them. If you put all the meat in a pan at once, then it will begin to stew, from which it will lose its juiciness.
3. Peel the onions, wash and chop into half rings.
4. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, sauté the onions until transparent.
5. Wash and dry the bell peppers with a cotton towel. Remove the stalk, clean out the seed box and cut off the septa. Cut the fruit into strips, as in the photo.
6. Fry the bell peppers over medium heat until lightly golden brown.
7. In one large skillet, combine grilled meat with bell pepper and onions. Season the food with salt, black pepper, soy sauce and mustard. Stir and sauté everything together for 5 minutes.
8. Wash greens, dry and finely chop. In addition to salt and pepper, you can add your favorite spices, herbs and herbs.
9. Send greens to the pan with food. Stir, fry for 2-3 minutes and serve. Finished fried meat with bell pepper should stand a little under the lid, as it were, to ripen. Then serve it hot, freshly cooked.
