Meat and prunes are a classic combination. These two great products complement each other wonderfully. They can be used to cook a huge number of dishes that have a wonderful taste. With some of them I have already shared with you, you can find them on the pages of the site. But in this review I want to tell you how to cook meatloaf stuffed with prunes and apples.
All rolls are brought to culinary readiness in several ways. They are conventionally divided into stewed, boiled, baked and fried. This is for the preference and taste of the cook. In addition, you can always vary the filling and get new hot snacks. Well, if you prefer a more dietary dish, then choose meat with the lowest fat content, such as chicken. Any kind of meat will turn out to be soft, juicy, tender, saturated with aromas of prunes and apples, and the middle of the roll will give a little sourness. I draw your attention to prunes. Choose it with a slight sourness, because not everyone loves sweet in combination with meat. although this is not for everybody.

Cooking pork roll with prunes and apples
1. Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut lengthwise to unfold it. You should have a flat sheet. Knock it off on both sides with a hammer on the notched side.
2. Brush the meat with a thin layer of mustard. You can also use any other sauces: ketchup, mayonnaise, adjika, etc.
3. Peel the garlic, finely chop and scatter over the meat.
4. Wash the prunes. Wipe off with a paper towel and cut into strips. If there is a bone, remove it. Divide the prunes over the meat chunk.
5. Peel the apple from seeds with a core. Rinse and cut into small cubes, which you place on the pork just like the filling.
6. Gently roll the meat into a roll and tie it with thread to secure it so that it does not break up during heat treatment.
7. Place the pan on the stove, add oil and heat well. Place the pork roll.
8. Grill it over high heat for about 3 minutes so that it quickly becomes crusty, which will seal the meat and keep it juicy. Then turn the roll over to the back side.
9. Fry the roll on all four sides until golden brown. The entire frying process will take you no more than 15 minutes.
10. Carefully remove the threads from the finished roll, cut it into portions and serve.
