Step by step cooking pork with mushrooms, apples and pears, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the vein film and cut into medium sized pieces.
2. I use frozen forest mushrooms. They need to be thawed and cut. Usually pre-boiled mushrooms are frozen. If you use fresh wild mushrooms, boil them first and then chop them. And wash the mushrooms, dry and chop.
3. Peel the onions and garlic, wash and cut into thin strips.
4. Wash and dry the pears and apples, remove the seeds and cut into strips or cubes.
5. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the meat over medium heat until golden brown.
6. Remove the fried meat from the pan, and fry the mushrooms in the same oil until golden brown. If you cook champignons, they will first release a lot of moisture, which should evaporate.
7. Saute onions and garlic in a frying pan until transparent.
8. Slightly fry the pears with apples until lightly golden brown.
9. Combine all prepared foods in a frying pan, salt and pepper, pour in soy sauce, add your favorite spices and spices and simmer under a closed lid over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm pork with mushrooms, apples and pears after cooking, as an independent dish or with any side dish.
