Cooking stuffed apples with prunes and nuts:
1. Wash the apple under running water and dry well. Cut off the top of the fruit from the side where the tail is. Using a teaspoon, vegetable knife or special tool, carefully cut out the core of the apple. Do this very slowly to keep the bottom of the apple intact.
2. Wash prunes under running water and wipe dry with a paper towel. If there are bones, remove them. And if the berries are too dry, then soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, and for piquancy, you can pour the dried fruit with cognac or rum.
3. Pierce the apples with a toothpick in some places so that the skin does not crack during baking. Fill them in half with prunes, which are pre-cut into small pieces.
4. Break the walnuts into smaller pieces. If raw, pierce in a clean, dry skillet. They fry very quickly, so do not leave them for a minute. Then put the nuts in the apple.
5. Put the prunes on top of the nuts and tamp it tightly.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dessert until the apples are tender. This process will take you no more than 15 minutes. If you overexpose apples, they will lose their shape and just creep on the plate. You can also cook your meal in the microwave. Serve the dessert hot, if you wish, you can pour over it with melted chocolate or your favorite cream.
