Today we're going to cook the chops. But not simple, but minced meat, and even with mushrooms. And that you don't have this when you only have minced meat at home, and you want just chops, not cutlets or meatballs.

- Minced meat - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 1 pack

1. For this dish, the mince must be non-liquid and must be finely ground. Otherwise, you will definitely feel the difference between the original and the “fake”. Therefore, choose the purchased minced meat very meticulously. And pass the homemade minced meat twice through a meat grinder. Finely chop the mushrooms into cubes and fry them in vegetable oil until tender. We took champignons, so the cooking time is literally 15 minutes. If you take forest mushrooms, boil them, and only then fry. Add mushrooms to minced meat.
2. Add spices and thyme leaves to the minced meat. It will add a special flavor to the meat. Mix the minced meat well. If it is still watery, add 1-2 tbsp. l. starch or flour. Pinch off the parts from the minced meat and roll it into a ball; now flatten this ball as much as possible in the palm of your hand. You can put meat balls on a plate, and on top give it the bottom of another plate. It turns out that here is such a piece.
3. Beat the egg for the fake chops with a little water or milk. Dip the meat into the egg.
4. Now roll the chop in breadcrumbs or flour. There is already your choice.
5. Put the chops in a skillet and fry over medium heat until crisp on each side. Minced meat quickly comes to readiness.
