But it is better to make combinations of 2-3 seasonings, adding them in moderation. Stew the meat in small pieces. It is best to take dishes that are deep and thick-walled: a frying pan or cauldron.   • Sour cream - 400 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

1. Peel and rinse the onions. Chop into half rings and place in a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Saute it over medium heat until light translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
