Chops are the most popular and delicious dish prepared from whole thin pieces of meat for every day and for a festive table. They are beaten off with a kitchen hammer, hence the name itself. However, sometimes they are upsetting, because the meat can be so tough that it is impossible to chew it. And this factor will spoil all the delight of an exquisite gourmet. But there is a way out, cook minced meat chops. I do not propose to completely deviate from the classic recipe, although the cooking technology is slightly different. You don't have to beat off anything, otherwise the minced meat will disintegrate into separate components. But these chops are much more tender and juicier than ordinary ones.
Minced meat for the dish should be used fresh, not ice cream. There is a lot of excess liquid in it, from which the chops will simply disintegrate. This manufacturing process will greatly facilitate the shaping of the minced meat chops. For the dish, you can use minced meat from any type of meat. You can use the cooking method that is familiar to you. These chops can be dipped in eggs, breadcrumbs, and pan-fried. But today I will tell you how to cook them in the oven with a cheese crust. The taste of such chops will be in no way inferior to those of a whole piece of meat.

A step-by-step recipe for making lazy chops:
1. First of all, peel the onions, wash and chop into half rings. Place in a deep bowl, add vinegar, add sugar and cover with hot water. Stir and marinate all the way until the chops are cooked.
2. Wash the pork, strip off the film and veins. Twist it through a medium wire grinder and add salt, ground pepper and any spices. I added dried parsley, ground sweet paprika and curry.
3. Mix the minced meat well. To prevent the chops from falling apart when baking, do the following procedure with it. Lift the minced meat and toss it back on the plate or on the table. Do this process at least 10 times. This will release gluten from the meat, which will keep the shape of the chops well without adding eggs.
4. Divide the minced meat into equal 9 parts and twist each of them in a circle. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and place the meat balls at least 5-6 cm apart.
5. Press the meat ball with your palm or roll it out with a rolling pin to make a flat cake no more than 7-8 mm thick.
6. Apply ketchup to each of them and spread. Peel the garlic, finely chop and sprinkle on the chops.
7. Throw the pickled onions on a sieve to glass the liquid. Blot it with a paper towel and place it on the chops.
8. Drizzle the chops with mayonnaise.
9. Grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater and sprinkle on the tortillas.
10. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the lazy chops for 30 minutes. Serve them to the table with any side dish or take them to work as a sandwich, putting the meat on a piece of bread.
