Everyone loves pork ribs. Many of them are fried in a pan or stewed in a sauce. But this recipe is good because it does not require any intervention. I just put the products on a baking sheet and sent them to the oven. You do not have to stand by the stove, make sure that nothing burns or the liquid evaporates. Instead of pork ribs, you can successfully use any other type of meat and part of the carcass. Then the meat will first need to be cut into small pieces, or it would be nice to bake the whole piece. In any case, the meat turns out to be more tender, and the crust will be rosy and crispy.
Vegetables can be added to your liking. In summer, zucchini with eggplant and peppers are good, and in winter, classic potatoes with carrots. Especially this dish will delight those who have nowhere to put the rich harvest from their summer cottage. Do not spare vegetables for the dish. The more there are, the juicier the meat will be. It will be saturated with vegetable juice and it is unlikely that someone will remain indifferent to such a dish. And the housewives, I think, will like this method of cooking more than roasting in a frying pan or in a saucepan.

- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Beets - 1 pc.
- Soy sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Dried basil - 1 tsp
- Dried parsley - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Cooking pork ribs with vegetables and sauce in the oven:
1. Peel potatoes with carrots, rinse under running water and wipe with a paper towel. Cut the vegetables into large chunks: potatoes into wedges and carrots into sticks. Place the vegetables in a baking dish. It can be glass, ceramic, or cast iron.
2. Peel, wash and dry the beets with garlic. Spread the whole garlic cloves on the vegetables, and cut the beets into medium pieces and also add to all the products.
3. Wash pork ribs and pat dry with paper towels. If there is a lot of fat on the ribs, cut it off. Although if you are not afraid of its excess or like fatty foods, then you can leave it. Cut the ribs into bones and place on top of the vegetables.
4. Prepare the sauce. Pour soy sauce into a bowl, add mustard and put all the spices. Stir and taste. Then add salt.
5. Sprinkle the cooked marinade on the vegetables generously.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dish to bake. Bake it for the first hour, covering it with food foil, then remove it and continue cooking for another half hour. Then the meat will have a ruddy and crispy crust.
