Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly. Then add a kilogram of sugar, 120 grams of lemon juice and a bag of seeds (they act as natural pectin). The mixture is brought to a boil and cooked for about 15 minutes. Then take out the pouch. The jam is poured into sterilized jars and rolled up. After that, they are placed in a cool place with the lids down. When the jars are completely cool, you can turn them back. In general, 1-1.5 liters of jam comes out.
- Curd dessert … A pack of gelatin is poured over 200 ml of filtered water and left to swell for 30-40 minutes. After that, the liquid is put on a slow fire and kept until it is completely dissolved. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. Then 400 grams of cottage cheese 2% is whipped with a blender with a can of condensed milk. Combine with gelatin. The curd mass is distributed over the silicone molds. Spread blue quandong paste on top. The dessert is placed in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
