- Chicken breast - 350 g
- Chicken egg (standard size) - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat flour (high quality) - 2-3 tbsp.

- Fresh herbs (dill) - 2-3 branches
- Oil (olive or any vegetable oil) - 3 tbsp.
Step by step preparation of chicken breast pancakes with herbs
1. To prepare delicious and juicy homemade pancakes from the breast, first of all, you need to prepare the base, namely, chop the chicken part. The culinary process of grinding chicken breast itself will not be difficult for you if you know a little trick. If you are going to use a meat grinder for chopping, then make sure that the chicken is slightly frozen. So, remove the skin from the chicken breast, if there is one on the product, carefully remove the meat from the bone. We transport the chicken part to the cutting surface and cut into small pieces. We shift the chicken pieces alternately into the bowl of the meat grinder and scroll. If you want your chicken breast pancakes with herbs to be juicier at the exit, then you can add a couple more pieces of fresh frozen bacon during the twisting process. Transfer the resulting minced chicken into a container (cup, bowl) convenient for mixing the pancake base.
2. So that our future hearty chicken pancakes do not "creep" during frying in a pan, add a little wheat flour to the cooked minced chicken. However, other types of flour are also suitable, for example, rice or whole grain. Focus in this case on your taste preferences. It will be enough to add 2 or 3 soup spoons of flour. Do not add a large amount of flour at once, it is better to add it later while stirring all the ingredients. 6. And now, when all the ingredients declared in the list of products are in the right amount in the container, you can mix them to get the base for chicken breast pancakes. Mix the ingredients with a regular tablespoon. It turns out such a chicken mass. If yours is too thick, you can add a little boiled water. And if, on the contrary, it is too liquid, then add a little more flour.
7. Before preparing chicken pancakes from chicken breast, pour a couple of soup spoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan (olive oil or sunflower oil is suitable). Heat the oil over moderate heat. Put the prepared chicken mass in heated vegetable oil, using a tablespoon, in the form of round or oval pancakes. We begin to fry chicken pancakes. To avoid possible splashes from oil, cover the pan with a lid.
