How to make a Japanese omelet with rice filling, wrapped in rolls, with vegetables, meat, cheese, mushrooms, legumes and other products? This is a fairly simple technology, but, like many recipes, it requires certain knowledge and skills.
- Japanese omelette is generally prepared in a standard way. Eggs and salt are beaten, the mixture is poured into a hot frying pan and fried. Milk or cream can be added to the egg mass, spices or butter can be added.
- The Japanese dish is prepared mainly in a square or rectangular frying pan, and egg pancakes are turned over with chopsticks. This allows the egg pancake to curl comfortably. But in the absence of such dishes, a round frying pan is acceptable.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 150 g
- Boiled rice - 300 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Cream - 150 ml
- Champignons - 6 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Canned tomatoes - 200 g
- Dry white wine - 1 tbsp.
- Fresh green peas - 30 g
- Broth cube - 0.5 pcs.
- Olive oil - for frying
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step by step cooking:
- Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Peel the onion with garlic and chop finely.
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
- Scald green peas with boiling water.
- Grind canned tomatoes with a blender until puree.
- Combine eggs with cream, season with salt and spices. Beat with a mixer until foamy.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the onion and fry until translucent.
- Lay out the chicken fillet and stir.
- When the meat brightens, add the mushrooms to it, pour in the wine and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
- Add tomato puree, green peas, ketchup, and crushed bouillon cube.
- Stir and cook until thick.
- Put the chicken and mushroom sauce in a container with boiled rice, stir and cool.
- At this time, pour the omelet mixture into a skillet with olive oil and fry like a pancake on one side.
- In the middle of the finished omelet, place the filling in a wide strip from one edge to the other.

Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Mirina - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step cooking:
- Whisk the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Pour soy sauce, mirin (rice wine) and sugar into the egg mixture.
- Stir well again.
- Heat vegetable oil in a square skillet.
- Pour the egg mixture in a thin layer and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Wrap the egg pancake in a roll and leave to lie in the pan.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the freed portion. Once it's fried, place the first roll in the middle and wrap it in a roll.
- Continue frying the omelet in this manner until the egg mixture is finished.
