  • Chicken fillet - 150 g
  • Boiled rice - 300 g
  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Champignons - 6 pcs.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Canned tomatoes - 200 g
  • Dry white wine - 1 tbsp.
  • Fresh green peas - 30 g
  • Broth cube - 0.5 pcs.
  • Olive oil - for frying
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

Step by step cooking:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Peel the onion with garlic and chop finely.
  3. Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  4. Scald green peas with boiling water.
  5. Grind canned tomatoes with a blender until puree.
  6. Combine eggs with cream, season with salt and spices. Beat with a mixer until foamy.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  8. Add the onion and fry until translucent.
  9. Lay out the chicken fillet and stir.
  10. When the meat brightens, add the mushrooms to it, pour in the wine and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  11. Add tomato puree, green peas, ketchup, and crushed bouillon cube.
  12. Stir and cook until thick.
  13. Put the chicken and mushroom sauce in a container with boiled rice, stir and cool.
  14. At this time, pour the omelet mixture into a skillet with olive oil and fry like a pancake on one side.
  15. In the middle of the finished omelet, place the filling in a wide strip from one edge to the other.
  16. Roll up the pancake from one free edge and place it on the filling.
  17. Do the same with the other side.
