Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 5-6 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Fragrant herbs (rosemary, thyme) - wish
Step by step cooking fritata with potatoes and peppers:
1. Peel the onion and bell pepper, wash and cut into thin strips. Preheat a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil on it and fry the vegetables over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. When the vegetables are tender, transfer them to a plate.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin half rings. Add some more oil to the pan and fry the potatoes in the same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
3. Combine potatoes with other vegetables, mix.
4. Prepare the egg filling: beat the eggs with a whisk, salt and pepper, add aromatic herbs.
5. Pour the vegetable filling for fritata with egg filling, put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees until cooked. It does not take much time: the filling is ready, and it will take no more than 7-10 minutes for the eggs to set.
6. Remove the frit from the oven, divide into portions and garnish with herbs.
