- Dried porcini mushrooms - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Spices (any) - to taste

Step-by-step cooking of scrambled eggs with cabbage and mushrooms, recipe with photo:
1. Soak dried mushrooms in hot water for half an hour. You can fill them with cold water, but then soak them for at least an hour. After this time, rinse them and cut into smaller pieces if desired.
2. Wash the cabbage, if necessary, then remove the upper inflorescences, because they are usually dirty. Chop the head of cabbage into thin strips and place in a heated skillet with vegetable oil.
