Pasta is a popular product that often comes to the rescue of busy and lazy housewives. It is a basic ingredient in sweet and savory dishes. Pasta goes well with a variety of products: cheese, vegetables, mushrooms … However, the duet with meat is considered a classic of the genre. The pasta and meat casserole is a wonderful and easy-to-make, hearty dinner.
This recipe can be called a classic. It will require minced meat, pasta and sauce products. And if you want to get a crispy crust, you must definitely add grated cheese before sending the casserole to the oven. To achieve good taste, use only fresh ingredients. The casserole will be juicy and evenly baked if the baking sheet is placed in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. If you keep an eye on the calorie content, then diversify your menu by adding mushrooms and vegetables. And at the end of baking, leave the finished dish in the turned off warm oven for another 10 minutes. During this time, the sauce will set and will not run out, then the dish will be well cut into portions.

Ingredients:
- Pasta - 250 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Sour cream - 300 ml
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Meat - 400 g
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Spices to taste
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step by step cooking of pasta casserole with meat:
1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Twist it through the grinder grill. Peel the onions and also mince them.
2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and put the minced meat to fry. Stir it by kneading with a spatula so that there are no lumps. It should be crumbly.
3. Add tomato paste, salt, ground pepper, spices and tomato paste to the minced meat. Re-sew.

4. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Dip the pasta in boiling salted water and boil until half cooked until it is al-dente, ie. Do not cook for 1-2 minutes until cooked.
6. In a clean frying pan, pour sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.
7. Warm up stirring continuously, bringing to a boil. As soon as the first bubble appears, remove the pan from the heat.
8. Put a layer of boiled pasta in a baking dish.
9. Spread the minced meat evenly over the top.
10. Pour sour cream sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese shavings.
11. Place another layer of pasta on top.
12. Apply minced meat to it. In total, I got 2 layers. But your form may have more. It depends on the size of the mold.
13. Grease the minced meat again with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese shavings. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the casserole to cook for half an hour.
