Everyone knows that milk is very good for health, and its scope is very wide. It is used for cooking, treating colds, swelling, and used to create cosmetics. Today I propose an unusual dish where milk and meat are combined. At first glance, it seems that this is not entirely familiar and the products do not really fit together. But there are many recipes where meat is boiled or baked in milk. Milk changes the usual taste of meat, making it softer and juicier, and adds unexpected flavors to the finished dish. Today we will cook meat in pots in milk, and we will bake it in the oven.

Dairy enzymes will make the meat much more tender. Exposure to the high temperature and the juice released from the meat will curdle the milk, slightly caramelize it and turn the food into an interesting sauce. The dish will turn out to be hearty and unexpectedly tasty, and on the basis of milk you will get an interesting gravy-sauce. This recipe is a great option for a lazy and quick dinner. Of course, you will have to make several gestures. But this process will take literally 15 minutes, and the wind chamber will do the rest for you. You just have to cook the side dish. Although, if you wish, you can add pieces of potatoes to the pots, and then you will get a complete meal.

1. Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. If there is a lot of film and veins on it, then cut them off. Cut the meat into medium sized pieces.

3. In a skillet, heat the oil and add the pieces of meat. Try to keep them away from each other. Fry quickly over high heat until golden brown. The high temperature will quickly coat the pieces with a golden crust, which will hold all the juice in them.

6. Divide the meat into pots and add bay leaves to each pot. I recommend using clay pots, because they are more resistant to temperature changes.

7. Pour milk over the food, cover the pots with a lid or foil. If there is nothing to cover the pot, then use unleavened dough from which to make a lid. Send the pots to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve cooked meat in pots in milk after baking. Serve it in the container in which it was cooked, because any dish in a pot is considered portioned. In addition, the pot keeps heat well, from which the dish will not cool down for a long time.
