  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Spices and spices to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Onions - 1 pc.

  • Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste

1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Trim off excess fat and cut into medium sized pieces. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and send the meat to fry. Fry it over high heat until golden brown on all sides. It will seal the juice in the meat and prevent it from flowing out. Take any type of meat. If you want a more dietary meal, then use veal, turkey or poultry. For a more filling and nutritious meal, buy pork or lamb.
