Does your family like zucchini? Then you need to cook stewed zucchini with meat in a tomato. It turns out not only tasty, but also satisfying. This dish can be served on its own or as a side dish for rice or buckwheat. You can cook with any meat and in any dish - a frying pan, saucepan or slow cooker. You can bake zucchini with meat in the oven under foil. Tomato paste in a dish can be safely replaced with tomato juice or fresh tomatoes.

- Zucchini - 2 pcs.
- Pork - 300 g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp l.

Step by step cooking of stewed zucchini with meat in tomato
Any meat is suitable for a dish. You can even take ribs. The main thing is that the meat is fresh. So, cut the meat into pieces that are not very large. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the meat.
Fry it until half cooked. The time is 15 minutes. At the same stage, you can add onion rings.
Put the meat in a suitable saucepan or stewpan. Cut the young zucchini into half rings. If you decide to prepare a dish with ripe zucchini, then first cut off the skin and remove the seeds. Add tomato paste.
Now add water and spices. Mix everything well and put on a quiet fire. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is tender. If you took the meat of a young pig, then during this time it will become quite soft and juicy.
We serve the dish immediately after cooking. You can add any greens for flavor. I served zucchini stewed with meat as a gravy for rice. It turned out very tasty.
