You just need to buy the ingredients you need, put them in the pan and wait a little. Much effort and time for this dish will not be required. - Vegetable oil - for frying
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Spices and herbs to taste

- Meat (any sort) - 400 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
Step by step cooking stewed zucchini with meat in a pan, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the selected piece of meat from the film, cut off the veins and fat. Cut it into medium pieces: strips or cubes. Choose the type of meat and part of the carcass yourself. The calorie content of the dish will depend on this.
2. Wash the courgettes, dry and cut into cubes. Do not grind them very finely, otherwise, when stewing, the zucchini will turn into a soft substance, which will ruin the appearance of the dish.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and put meat to fry. Cook it over medium heat until golden brown, which will keep the juice in pieces. Do not put a lot of meat in the pan, the pieces should be located at a short distance from each other in one layer. Otherwise, the meat will start to stew and lose its juiciness.
4. Add prepared zucchini to the pan and continue frying for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
