Ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 100 g
- Semolina - 1 tsp
- Cream 20% - 1 tbsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 0.5 pcs.
- Salt - 0.25 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of chicken liver pudding with semolina in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Peel the onions, rinse and twist through a meat grinder, setting a medium or fine wire rack.
2. Wash the liver, cut off the film and also twist it through a meat grinder. If you use pork or beef liver, then I recommend soaking them in milk in order to remove specific bitterness. Chicken liver has no bitterness.
3. Add cream to the food.
4. Next, add semolina.
5. Season everything with salt and ground pepper and leave to stand for 10 minutes to allow the semolina to swell a little. Otherwise, in the finished dish, she will grind on her teeth, which is not very pleasant.
6. Pour the dough into handy small microwave-safe tins.
7. Place the pudding in the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes on highest power. However, the specific cooking time depends on the size of the container, the volume of the dough and the capabilities of the microwave oven. Therefore, check the readiness with a wooden stick. Use it to pierce the pudding to make sure it doesn't stick to anything. Otherwise, cook for another 30-60 seconds and check again. Serve ready-made chicken liver pudding with semolina in the microwave with any side dish or use it on its own.
