Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of cottage cheese-chocolate pudding in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Combine eggs with sugar in a deep container in which you will knead the dough.
2. With a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar until a fluffy lemon-colored mass, which should more than double in volume. If you are using dry, fat-free cottage cheese, add 15 g of room temperature butter to the dough, whisk it with eggs. If you are using homemade fatty cottage cheese, then you do not need to add additional fats.
3. Add cocoa powder to the egg mass.
4. Stir eggs with cocoa until the dough becomes chocolate brown.
5. Add cottage cheese to the dough.
6. Stir the dough with a mixer until smooth. You can beat the products with a blender to break all the cereal lumps. Then the dessert will turn out to be a more homogeneous tender consistency.
7. Arrange the dough in silicone or any other convenient microwave-safe tins.
8. Send the dessert to be cooked in the microwave oven at 850 kW for 5 minutes. If the power of the appliance is different, adjust the cooking time by increasing or decreasing it.
