The dessert is very tasty, beautiful orange color, moderately sweet, airy and with a pleasant aroma of orange peel. It has a light and loose texture, but it holds its shape well and is suitable for those who want to lose those extra pounds.
Pudding is prepared without flour, based on pumpkin puree, semolina and eggs. Therefore, it turns out to be incredibly tender and soft. And if you are fasting, do not eat eggs, or are vegetarian, then exclude eggs from the recipe. Semolina will hold the food together and the dessert will hold well. Fresh and juicy butternut squash is preferred for the pudding.
The microwave makes the pudding quick, so it can even be served for breakfast or a quick snack throughout the day. First you need to boil the pumpkin separately until soft. Then, using a blender or a crush, turn into a puree, which combine with other products and add the whipped proteins at the very end. It is the airy protein mass that will make ordinary cupcakes airy and tender.
