A lot of onions in a dish is also a guarantee of juicy and tasty meat. Onions give off juice that will soften the fibers of the meat, so don't spare it. We clean the onions and cut them into large pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put onion.
Fry the onion until transparent and lay out the meat, cut into pieces. Our meat was purchased from a trusted butcher who sold us the best bite and the meat was very tender in the end. Fry the meat with onions over maximum heat, stirring all the time, so that the onions do not burn and the meat is browned.
Add black pepper, salt, paprika and flour to the meat. Mix well without removing from heat.
Now add sour cream and water if it is thick.
Stir and reduce heat to low, and simmer under the lid for 40 minutes.
