Traditional home baking of muffins has a delicate structure due to the addition of kefir. Also, very often it contains vegetable oil in its composition, which makes the products less high in calories, while they remain just as tasty. And in order to diversify the taste of muffins, they are baked with all kinds of fillings, which can be fresh or frozen fruits or berries, dried fruits, candied fruits, poppy seeds, nuts, etc. Today I propose to cook muffins on kefir with frozen peaches.

If desired, peaches can be substituted with other fruits such as apricots, apples, pears, plums, or any kind of berries. Of course, the taste of products with nectarines will differ from other muffins, but they will still remain incomparable! Amazingly tender and juicy, with filling, this is a great option for family gatherings over a cup of tea or coffee. The proposed recipe is not complicated and very quick. He will become the duty officer in case unexpected guests arrive or you need to quickly cook sweets.

Put half a peach on top of the dough. Defrost the fruit a little beforehand so that the muffins do not turn out to be very watery. Send the products to a heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Check the readiness by piercing a wooden toothpick: if it is dry, then the baked goods are ready.
