  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • Adjika - 1-2 tablespoons or to taste
  • Any spices and herbs to taste
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Dried or fresh herbs - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon for frying

3. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-bottomed saucepan and heat it well. Then send the pieces of rabbit meat and turn on a high heat. Fry them periodically turning them over so that they form a blush crust that seals all the juice inside.

4. Then add chopped carrots to the pan, and without reducing the heat of the stove, continue to fry the food for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown the carrot pieces.

5. Peel the potatoes, rinse with cold running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the tubers into large pieces and send them to the pan with the food. Stir and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until the tubers also take on a slightly golden hue.
