It is the preparation of this drink that we will do.

Mochacino usually contains espresso coffee, hot milk and chocolate (black, milk, or white), or cocoa powder or chocolate syrup. Various spices and herbs, or alcoholic beverages can be added to taste. Traditionally, a dessert drink is served in glass transparent tall stemmed coffee glasses known as irish. If desired, it is decorated with a cap of whipped cream, marshmallows, ground cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate chips … Although at home you can serve mochacino in a ceramic cup. Ingredients:

  • Coffee beans or ground coffee - 1 tsp.
  • Dark chocolate - 30 g
  • Whiskey - 30 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Milk - 75 ml
  • Drinking water - 50 ml

1. If you have coffee beans, grind it first in a coffee grinder. Then pour the coffee into the turkey and add sugar if desired. I didn't add sugar, because enough sweetness from chocolate.

2. Pour coffee with drinking water and place on the stove over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and remove from heat to keep it from escaping. Set it aside for 1 minute and repeat the boiling process 2 more times. You can also brew coffee in any other convenient way. The main thing is to make an espresso coffee.

3. Put the broken pieces of dark chocolate into the glass in which you will serve the dessert.

4. In the microwave, melt it, but do not bring it to a boil. Otherwise, the chocolate will acquire a bitter taste and the taste of the drink will be irrevocably spoiled. If you do not have a microwave, then melt the chocolate in a steam bath in any convenient container and pour it into a mug for serving a drink.

5. Pour hot milk into the melted chocolate.
