Preparing lavash

To prepare a roll, use rectangular sheets of pita bread. It is more convenient to fold them lengthwise so that a long, not quite thick "sausage" comes out. The wrapped roll must be sure to lie down for some time so that the sheets of pita bread are soaked in the sauce, and not dry. To speed up this process, pita bread can be wrapped with cling film. After the roll is cut into slices, after removing the film, 1 to 5 cm thick, depending on the filling and preference.
