Ingredients:
- Honey - 150 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Vanillin - 1 sachet
- Soda - 1 teaspoon
Making honey biscuits:
1. Place butter in a saucepan and add honey. Melt over low heat. 2. Add 2 eggs, sugar and baking soda to the warm mixture, stir. Leave one egg to brush. It is not necessary to extinguish baking soda with vinegar. 3. Add flour in portions, vanillin and knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Leave it on for 1 hour.
4. After this time, roll out the dough about 1.5 cm in height and cut the cookies out of it. It is better to purchase special cookie cutters. It looks funny and kids will love it. Place the cookies on a baking sheet with baking paper.
5. Brush the honey biscuits with a mixture of yolk and milk (1 yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk).
6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. After they are ready, I cover them on top with a tea towel.
