The recipe for making a very tasty and healthy, vitamin salad from fresh carrots, nuts and dried fruits (raisins and dried apricots with prunes).

Ingredients:
- Carrots - 2 pcs. (large)
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Dried apricots - 6-7 pcs.
- Prunes - 6-7 pcs.
- Walnuts - 6-7 pcs.
- Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1-2 pinches
Cooking vitamin salad:
- Grate the carrots on the finest grater. Cut dried apricots and prunes into thin strips, and break the walnuts into pieces. But do not grind them into powder, they will not be felt in the salad.
- Mix all the ingredients, add raisins there, add a little salt to the salad and season it with sour cream - two to three tablespoons.
Tip for a note. You don't need to salt the carrot salad. If you add a little sugar or honey there, you get a very tasty dessert.
