The recipe for an exotic salad that I called - "Shrimp under a fur coat" with pineapples and olives. Step-by-step cooking instructions with photos will help you make an amazing and unique dish.
I'm tired of everyday food, and even these well-known holiday dishes, in particular salads: Olivier, classic herring under a fur coat, and so on. How much can you cook and eat? What, there is not even a desire to change a little the diet and surprise the guests? After all, there are so many different ingredients in the world, you can invent and cook something new every day, which I decided to do. And he even radically tried to replace the usual ingredients with something exotic, something that would make the taste completely different. You may be surprised at this composition of my salad with chicken, shrimp, pineapple (find out about the beneficial properties of pineapple) and olives, but it turned out to be wonderful! Yes, the salad turned out to be expensive, I will say right away, but it's worth it. By the way, this recipe will be useful for those who do not know what can be cooked with shrimp, or where to add olives.

Ingredients:
- Chicken (fillet) - 200-220 g
- Shrimp - 300 g (tails)
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cheese - 150 g
- Olives (pitted) - 100 g
- Canned pineapple - 250 g
- Green onions - 1 bunch (for decoration on top)
- Bulb onions - 1 pc. (big)
- Mayonnaise - to taste (I got 250 g)
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
Cooking salad with shrimp, pineapple and olives:
1. Put the chicken fillet to boil in salted water (2 liters of water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt). Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. You can naturally cook a lot less, I'm just going to make broth at the same time for making soup with chicken and corn. Long-term cooking will make the meat more fluffy and tender. 2. Boil three hard-boiled eggs.
3. While everything is boiling, you can prepare other ingredients for the shrimp and pineapple salad. I cut everything and put it on plates, so it will be more convenient to collect everything later. So, grate 150 grams of cheese on a coarse grater. 4. Cut 100 grams of olives into wedges. 5. Canned pineapple is better to buy in pieces and then chop finely. 250 grams will suffice. 6. Chop the green onion finely.
7. Cut the onions into quarters. 8. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater. 9. Remove the finished chicken and cool a little. Then chop it finely.
10. Start cooking shrimp. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of salt into the water and boil. Put the shrimp tails in boiling water, bring to a boil again, then make a small flame and cook for 3 minutes, no more! Otherwise there will be rubber. Drain and let the shrimp cool. 11. Peel the ponytails from the remnants of the shell and chop finely. 12. When everything is ready, you can start folding the "fur coat" and greasing it with mayonnaise. Sequential addition of ingredients from the photo below. By the way, add mayonnaise to the eggs in advance and mix well, it will be easier this way.
The sequence for assembling a salad with shrimp and pineapple:
1. Put the chicken on the bottom in the prepared dish. 2. Next is the onion.
3. Grease with mayonnaise. 4. Shrimps.
5. Again mayonnaise. 6. Pineapples.
7. Half eggs with mayonnaise. 8. Olives.
9. The rest of the eggs. 10. Cheese.
11. Grease well with mayonnaise. 12. Sprinkle with green onions (for those interested, read the article: "How to Grow Green Onions at Home").
P. S. If desired, you can pour a little more mayonnaise than I have in the photo. But it doesn't matter.
Put the finished dish in the refrigerator for soaking for one and a half to two hours, after which you can surprise the guests and naturally yourself - with an exotic prepared salad with shrimps “under a fur coat”.
