The meat turns out to be very soft and tender, and the combination of additional ingredients and mayonnaise makes the salad simply wonderful. The dish is great for both a festive table and an everyday one.

Ingredients:
- Squids - 2 pcs. (400 g)
- Carrots - 1 pc. (average)
- Sterilized sliced champignons - 300-350 g
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- Cheese - 40-50 g (hard)
- Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/3 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise
Cooking squid salad:
1. Defrost and wash the squid. Put in a pot of water and put half a teaspoon of baking soda and 1/3 tablespoon of salt. Bring to a boil. 2. Put squid in boiled water and bring to a boil again, then make a small flame and cook for 3 minutes, no more! Drain the water, and put the finished seafood on a plate, let it cool. 3. Put hard boiled eggs. 4. Wash and peel the carrots and onions. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and cut the onion into quarters. 5. First, fry the carrots in a pan with vegetable oil for about 3 minutes. Then salt and pepper to taste. You can put a little seasoning "for Korean carrots." Then add the onion and fry everything for another 5-7 minutes. But don't fry the vegetables! Put the finished carrots with onions on a plate to cool.
6. Cut the cooled squid into thin slices (cut much thinner than I have in the photo and you can cut them in half, so it will be more convenient to apply and eat) and put in a dish where you will form a salad.
7. Drizzle with a thin layer of mayonnaise and spread over the squid. 8. Next, spread the carrots and onions on top and also grease with mayonnaise.
9. Peel the eggs and cut the white carefully in a circle to remove the yolk.
10. Grate the protein on top of the salad. It is not necessary to grease with mayonnaise.
11. Then grate the cheese.
12. Put the mushrooms and grate the yolks. I bought a jar of TM "PREMIA" - cut sterilized champignons 425 ml, drained the liquid and put all the mushrooms in the salad, just the portion turned out.
13. Pour everything with mayonnaise and the salad with squid under a fur coat is ready!
Put the finished dish in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, after which it can be served.
