- Dumplings - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Butter - 30 g
- Champignons or oyster mushrooms - 300 g
- Sour cream - 250 ml
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
