Sometimes I want to replace our usual everyday vegetables in the salad, for example, cabbage with something else, and this is something else I took a green radish. A simple combination of this large vegetable with an apple and onion will give our body a charge of vitamins and a feeling of fullness without harming the figure, because the calorie content of this dish is not large. Ingredients:
- Green radish - 200 g
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Lime - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil
- Salt, sugar
Preparing green radish salad:
1. Wash, peel and grate the radish into a deep salad bowl on a coarse grater. If a vegetable, like in my photo, is large, then only half of it is enough - this will be 200 grams.
2. Wash the apple, peel it and also grate it to the vegetable.
3. Cut the white onion into quarters and finely chop the green onion. Pour everything into a common dish.
4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the salad. Instead of lime, you can always use regular lemon or, in extreme cases, vinegar.
5. Add salt to the salad (about 1/3 tsp) and half a teaspoon of sugar. Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix well.
