  • Cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • Grain mustard - 1 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 cm
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple - 1 pc.
  • Radish - 5 pcs.
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
