- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Semolina - 2 tablespoons
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Water - 1-1, 5 tbsp.

- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Step by step cooking of stewed potatoes with meatballs
1. Before preparing the potatoes stewed with meatballs, prepare the minced meat. Put in a deep plate and add semolina to it.
2. Then add the spices. Knead the meat thoroughly until smooth. Moisten the palms and form round meatballs from small pieces.
3. Rinse the peeled potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes on it until a crust appears. Season with your favorite spices.
