Making pancakes with honey
1. Place the flour in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and stir. Then beat in the egg, which should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance. Pour in vegetable oil. It is necessary in the dough so that the pancakes do not stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Add natural honey. If you cannot eat honey for medical or other reasons, then replace it with sugar or any liquid jam.
3. Pour in milk, which, like an egg, should be at room temperature. To do this, you can take it out of the refrigerator for a few hours before cooking, or you can simply heat it up a little on the stove or in the microwave. The dough, whisk or blender, mix well until smooth, breaking all the lumps.
4. Place the pan on the stove, brush it with butter or a piece of bacon and heat well. This is necessary so that the first pancake is not lumpy. In the future, this procedure can be omitted. Although if you grease the pan with fat before frying each pancake, then the food will be much tastier.
With a ladle, take a portion of the dough and pour it into the middle of the pan, which you rotate in different directions so that it is distributed over the entire bottom. Fry the pancake on one side for about 3 minutes.
5. Then use a spatula to pry on the pancake and see if it is cooked through. If the color is already golden, turn it over and fry on the back for another 2 minutes. Put the prepared pancakes on a dish and serve hot. If you wish, you can add an unusual flavor to them by adding a scoop of ice cream and sprinkling with crushed nuts. This will add special chic and luxury to your new "signature" dish.
