Pancakes mixed with kefir with honey and cheese are tasty and tender, and thanks to the cheese they have a pronounced creamy taste. Therefore, they will definitely appeal to both children and adults. The dish does not take a lot of time, but is prepared from products that are almost always available in the kitchen.

Such tortillas can be prepared both sweet and snack. It all depends on the amount of added sweetener. But if you don't use honey, then the pancakes will turn out salty and will be an excellent addition to soup, borscht and other first courses. For sweet fritters, use hard and not overly salty cheeses. For snack pancakes, Adyghe cheese, feta cheese, suluguni and other types of pickled cheeses are suitable.

In this recipe, I propose to cook dessert sweet pancakes with a lot of honey. Therefore, such pancakes will become an excellent snack during the day, serve as a great breakfast, afternoon tea and complement dinner. Since pancakes are a rich dish, so after cooking they can be generously flavored with jam, sour cream, honey, condensed milk, etc. See also how to make honey pancakes with peaches.
