The process of making quick puff pastry:

  2. Shape it into a thick cake, place it on cling film spread on the table, cover with a second piece of plastic wrap. Shape the dough into a rectangle and refrigerate for 120 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the board or work surface with flour, put a layer of dough here. Sprinkle with flour and a rolling pin, use it to roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick rectangle. Fold it in half in half. Flip it 90 degrees, and on this side, roll it also - three times. Roll out the resulting square with movements from you and towards you.   4. When the thickness of the layer is 7-8 mm, it is possible to form confectionery products from it. To do this, cut the rectangle into 7 x 7 cm squares.
