Cooking charlotte with zucchini
1. Pour sugar into a container for kneading dough, pour sour cream and beat in yolks.
2. Stir the liquid ingredients. Add baking soda and oatmeal. Instead of oatmeal, you can use oatmeal.
3. Stir the ingredients again and let the dough stand for 10 minutes to allow the flakes to swell slightly.
4. Add citrus flakes to food and stir.
5. Pour in the rye flour. It is advisable to sift it through a sieve so that the flour is enriched with oxygen.
6. Knead the dough again until smooth. At first it will turn out to be slightly tight, but then the proteins will dilute it.
7. Place the egg whites in a clean and dry container and beat them with a mixer at high speed until stiff, white foam. Add the puffed protein to the dough and stir in gently with a few strokes. Do this slowly and several times so as not to be overwhelmed.
8. Wash the zucchini, peel and remove the seeds. Cut the fruit into strips and place them in a greased baking dish. Spread the orange zest on top. You can replace it with lemon, lime or grapefruit zest.
9. Pour the dough over the zucchini and smooth it out.
10. Send charlotte to bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden toothpick - it should be dry without adhering lumps.
11. Allow the prepared charlotte to cool, being in the form, then remove and serve.
