In addition, any seasonal products can be added to the filling. For example, eggplants, shallots, bell peppers, carrots, etc. behave well with tomatoes. And in general, according to this universal recipe for yeast dough, you can bake absolutely any pies with a variety of fillings.

Ingredients:
- Serum - 150 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Dry yeast - 11 g (one sachet)
- Butter - 50 g
- Sour cream - 400 ml
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Basil - a couple of twigs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 1 tsp
Cooking yeast pie with tomatoes
1. Put butter in a saucepan, send it to the stove and melt until it becomes a liquid consistency. Then add the whey to it and mix.
2. Add eggs there.
3. Whisk the liquid components until completely homogeneous.
4. Add sugar, a pinch of salt and yeast to the food.
5. Stir the ingredients well to completely dissolve the yeast. Then add flour.
6. It is advisable to sift the flour through a sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the cake more fluffy and tender.
7. Knead an elastic, non-sticky dough. If necessary, add a little flour, because it has different gluten and the amount may vary slightly. Put it in a warm place and cover with a towel.
8. Leave the dough for 40 minutes for the yeast to play and come over. It should increase in size by 2-3 times. Choose a place without drafts and wind, otherwise the dough will not work.
9. Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil and line the dough, forming sides. Leave it to sit for another 15 minutes to fit again.
10. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into rings. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the basil finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
11. Pour sour cream into a deep container.
12. Beat the sour cream well with a mixer at high speed.
13. Pour the whipped sour cream into the dough that has come up.
14. Arrange the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with basil and chopped garlic.
15. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the food.
16. Send the cake to bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Check the readiness of the product with a wooden stick, piercing the edge of the cake with it, where there is no filling. If it is dry, then the pie is ready, the pieces of dough are stuck - continue to bake.
17. Remove the finished cake from the mold. Cut into portions and serve. It can be consumed both warm and chilled.
