- Oat flakes - 300 g
- Sunflower seeds - 50 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Dry cream - 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
Cooking oat kozinak
1. Divide the oatmeal into two halves.
2. Grind one part of the oatmeal into crumbs.
3. Put the oatmeal and crumb into the kneading container.
4. Add peeled sunflower seeds and walnuts, preferably pre-pierced in a skillet.
5. Add room temperature butter, honey, cocoa powder and dry cream.
6. Place the container in a water bath and heat it, stirring all the time, until the honey and butter melt and the mass becomes homogeneous.
7. Form kozinaki of any shape with wet hands and place them on the parchment. Send them to the refrigerator for 1 hour to freeze well. Then fold them in a plastic or glass container and store in the refrigerator. Although you can keep them at room temperature, they will melt slightly and be sticky.
