- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
- Sugar to taste
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Coconut flakes - 1 tsp

Cooking apple shish kebab
1. Wash the apples under running water and dry with a paper towel. Remove the core with a special knife and peel the skin with a vegetable knife. If you don't have such knives, make it a regular kitchen knife. After that, cut the apples into medium-sized pieces of about 3 cm.
2. Place the sliced apples in a deep bowl.
3. Wash the lemon and cut it in half. Take one half of it and make deep punctures with a sharp knife. This will help you get more lemon juice. Then take the lemon in your hands, press it from all sides and squeeze the juice out of it. If you come across bones, then remove them from the juice. Season the apples with the resulting juice.
4. Add sugar to taste and ground cinnamon to the apples.
5. Stir the apples well to distribute the spices and lemon evenly.
6. String the apples onto wooden skewers and place them on any oven-safe container. However, this container must be high enough so that the apples do not touch the bottom. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the apples to bake for 20 minutes. You can serve this fruit kebab with a cup of tea or coffee. However, it will be appropriate for fried meat steak.
