- Industrial … Used for fencing in car parks, trading floors, industrial plants. The sections are reinforced with V-shaped bends and two cross-members with a length of 2.5 m made of pipes or profiles. The product has increased rigidity. The rest of the parameters are the same as for the summer cottage.
- Sports … Built around sports grounds. The height of the structure is at least 4 m. To obtain this size, two two-meter sections are used, which are installed one above the other.
- Regime … Built to create a secure fence around a carefully guarded area. They are made of increased height (up to 3.5 m) plus 0.5-1 m underground to prevent undermining. Barbed wire is often laid on top. Reinforced with two to three longitudinal beams for reinforcement and increased rigidity.
- "Egoza" … This is a kind of security fence. Made of deformation-resistant corrugated wire.

Installation of fence posts
Installation of racks is a very important stage of construction work. The durability of the fence and its appearance depend on the quality of the operation. The most important thing when installing supports is keeping the distances between them and ensuring verticality. The complexity of installation lies in the rigidity of the product - it cannot be pulled like a chain-link.
For fixing the fence in the traditional way, pipes with a diameter of 50 mm or more or profiles with dimensions of 50x50 mm are suitable. When determining the height of the supports, it must be borne in mind that they should protrude 100 mm above the mesh. To securely fasten the fence, bury the posts 1/3 of the length. It is not recommended to drive them into the ground. After several seasons, they will warp due to periodic freezing and thawing of the soil.
Holes in the ground are made with a hand-held excavating auger having a diameter of 25-30 cm. The distance between the posts should be within 2.5 m. …
The method of installing the fence depends on the type of soil on which the fenced area is located. In total, there are three methods for installing fencing supports:
- Standard … It is considered the simplest and most popular. Mark the position of the supports and dig holes 1 m deep. Fill them with soil and concrete the top. When the concrete hardens, secure the mesh to the posts using U-shaped brackets.
- Buzzing … It is used in wetlands. In this case, fix the pillars at a depth of 1 m using crushed stone with a fraction of 15-20 cm. Tamp loose material thoroughly.
- Concreting … The method is suitable if the fence is mounted on bulk soil. The support is fixed with concrete, which must completely fill the pit.
- Combined … Recommended for use on ordinary soils. Fill half of the hole with rubble, the other half with concrete.
After making the holes, install the pillars in them and set them in a vertical position using a building level. In the process of filling soils or pouring concrete, the verticality of the supports must be periodically monitored. If the site has a steep slope, bury the pillars with ledges.
It is also allowed to first build a strip foundation to which supports can be fixed. To do this, weld horizontal platforms to the bottom of the pipe or profile, which should be fixed to the foundation with anchor bolts.
Another option for installing a fence from a Hitter mesh is to use screw piles that are screwed into the ground. They do not require the use of concrete, do not create dirt when performing work, do not squeeze out of the soil in the spring. If necessary, the piles can be screwed in and the fence moved to another location. However, this is the most expensive option and requires a specially designed support.
The procedure for installing the supports is as follows:
- Before work lubricate the ends of the pipes with grease and close with plastic plugs.
- Mark the location of the holes on the site. The step must correspond to the length of the section.
- Using a drill, perform holes 15-20 cm deep in the locations of the racks.
- Insert the tip of the pile into them and use the lever to screw it to a depth of 30-50 cm.
- Control its verticality with a magnetic level.
- Next, you need to screw the tips into the rest of the holes.
- Insert the next piece of the screw support into the lug and secure with bolts. Tighten the pile until the top of the tip is level with the ground.
- Repeat the operation for all racks.
- It is allowed to fasten the mesh to the support if the pile is wrapped at least 80 percent. If for any reason the support cannot be screwed in to the specified depth, cut the tip flush with the ground.
- If the post does not screw in, move it to another location, even if the opening differs from the width of the section. In this case, it is attached with connecting brackets.
- Install the uprights with "skirts" in the piles and bolt them. Before the operation, dip the threaded part of the fastener into the paint to avoid spontaneous loosening.
- Check the verticality of the supports. If the deviation is small, correct their position.
Fastening the gitter mesh
If the distance between the posts is respected, it is not difficult to hang the panels. For their fastening, you can use standard elements - U-shaped clamps or brackets with bolts.
When using the former, no additional operations are required. The clamps cover the support from both sides, after which they are pulled together together with the section with bolts. Usually 4 clamps are enough to fix one panel.
The second option involves making holes in the supports and brackets for installing bolts. A bracket connects the edges of adjacent panels on one side of the fence and then bolts to the post. To install the fasteners, it is necessary to make the fastening holes in the supports in advance. To prevent the thread from rusting, lubricate it with graphite grease. Instead of bolts, it is allowed to use self-tapping screws for metal.
To level the transparency of the Hitter mesh fence, throw a masking mesh over it. Tie the upper edge, and press the lower edge with stones.
