It is worth noting that lentils, like other legumes, contain a lot of protein, which means they can be a great substitute for meat dishes. - Pork - 300 g
- Lentils - 250 g

Step-by-step recipe for making lentil soup with pork broth
1. Wash the pork and peel off the film with fat. Cut it into medium pieces and place in a cooking pot. Add the peeled onion, bay leaf and peppercorns. Fill the food with drinking water and place it on the stove.
2. Boil over high heat and remove the resulting foam. Reduce the temperature to minimum and cook the broth for about half an hour.
