Casseroles with meat are always a win-win dish with which you can quickly and tasty feed the whole family, as well as successfully dispose of the leftover meat pieces. Such casseroles are prepared from raw meat, twisted into minced meat or from the remains of boiled and baked pieces. The variety of meat can be any, and pork, and beef, and chicken, and other types. You can also use offal - heart, tongue, liver, etc.
In addition to meat, all kinds of various products are added to the casserole: carrots, potatoes, pasta, green peas, mushrooms, corn, cauliflower, onions, garlic, etc. The products are stacked in layers that can be arranged in any order and filled with any sauce. An obligatory component of casseroles is most often grated cheese, which gives viscosity and a golden, aromatic crust.
In order for the finished casserole to be neatly cut into pieces, this should not be done in the heat of the heat, but only after it has rest a little, 15-20 minutes is enough. During this time, it will not have time to cool down, but it will be better cut. Also, casseroles are superbly heated in the microwave or oven, making them a more convenient dish.

Cooking meat casserole
1. Wash the champignons under running water, remove the skin if desired. Then dry with a paper towel and cut into strips. Peel the onions, wash, dry and chop into half rings.
2. Put the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and send the mushrooms to fry over high heat. The champignons will give off a lot of liquid at first, so roast them over high heat to allow the water to boil away. When there is no liquid left in the pan, add the onions to the mushrooms. Season everything with salt and pepper and fry the food over medium heat until half cooked.
3. Wash the meat, remove the veins and cut into pieces, which lightly beat off on both sides with a kitchen hammer.
4. Arrange the meat in an even layer in a dish of a suitable size, which can be placed in the oven. Season with salt and pepper, brush with mustard and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
5. Top with fried mushrooms and onions.
6. Pour mayonnaise over everything. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise yourself. If you want a more dietary dish, then put it a little, if you do not limit yourself in calories, then grease it with a generous layer.
7. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle the food on it. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the casserole to bake for 40 minutes.
